Tea, the second most widely consumed beverage in the world after water, is enjoying a renaissance in this country. This is due to many factors; consumers are desiring something lighter to drink than coffee, something with less caffeine (tea has less than one half the amount of caffeine than coffee), and, now that fine quality tea is available, they are enjoying the delicate flavors of premier variety teas.
